Cancellation policy

One-Time Purchases
If you place an order for a product on our website, payment must be received by Smilesforever Ltd before we can accept your order.

Once payment has been received, we’ll confirm your order by email. If any information is missing, we may contact you to request it before processing your order.

We may reject your order if:

  • The product is unexpectedly out of stock, or

  • We have not received the information we requested from you.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. You will then receive a full refund for any payments made, or we may offer you an alternative product of equal quality and value.


Subscriptions
In addition to one-off purchases, Smilesforever Ltd offers products on a subscription basis (“Subscription”), which will automatically renew unless cancelled by you or us.

  • Starting your subscription: The first payment must be received before we can accept your subscription. Once payment is received, we’ll confirm your subscription by email. This is the start of your billing period.

  • Billing: Your chosen payment method will be charged the agreed subscription price every 30 days, or according to the delivery schedule you selected at sign-up (this is your “Billing Period”).

  • Price changes: The subscription price will be the amount agreed at sign-up. If we need to increase the price, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before the change takes effect.

Cancelling Your Subscription

We hope you love your Smile Boosters, but you can cancel any time.

  • If you cancel before your next billing date, you won’t be charged again and no further shipments will be sent.

  • If you cancel after your billing date, you’ve already paid for that month’s supply, so we’ll still send your final box. After that, your subscription will stop.

Example:

  • Billing date: 15th of each month

  • Cancel on 10th → No charge on the 15th, no shipment that month.

  • Cancel on 16th → Your box for this month is already on its way; subscription stops next month.

To cancel, just contact our Customer Service team electronically — we’ll confirm the date your subscription ends.

Your subscription will continue on a rolling basis until you or we cancel it.

  • Our right to cancel: We may cancel your subscription at any time. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email and refund any payments you’ve made for products you haven’t yet received.

  • Your right to cancel: You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for your next billing cycle, please cancel by the last day of your current billing period.

  • How to cancel: Simply contact our Customer Service team electronically, and we’ll confirm your cancellation date. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period in which we receive your request.

  • Billing details: Please keep your billing information (such as address, payment method, and card expiry date) up to date to ensure smooth processing.

  • Payment updates: If your payment details change or your card is cancelled, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing our Customer Service team.
